4. What is the return policy for sale items?
Our return policy is the same as the one for regular priced items. Only "Last Call" items can't be returned.
3. Will you adjust the price of an item that goes on sale shortly after I made my purchase?
We are happy to adjust the price of your item to the new sale price if your purchase was within the last 5 days prior to the Sale. Please contact us at mail@lanethix.com for further details.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping must be paid by the buyer. For exchanges please contact us at mail@lanethix.com with your invoice number and contact information and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
5. Can I earn a commission when referring a buyer (online byer or store) to LANETHIX ?
We offer that you can earn a 10% commission when you refer buyers to our store.
ONLINE:
If you are referring a buyer that buys on our website, we will provide you with a share code. When someone purchases with that share code, you will receive 10% of the net order- means: excluding taxes and shipping. Please note that we can just pay a commission to anyone with a business license and who will be able to send us an invoice for the commission.
IN STORE/ WHOLESALE BUYER
a. How can I earn a commission?
You can earn a 10% commission by referring a buyer to LANETHIX, Inc. If the person you referred makes a purchase, you will receive 10% of the sale net amount as a commission (excluding taxes and shipping).
b. What happens if the person I referred refers someone else?
If the person you referred brings in another buyer, you will not earn a commission on that new buyer’s purchase. Commissions are only awarded for direct referrals.
c. How do I get started?
If you meet the eligibility requirements, contact us to join our referral program. Once approved, you can start referring buyers and earning commissions.

6. Can I have my team logo added to your activewear?
Yes, we do offer the service to have your custom logo added to our activewear (printing or embroidery). Please contact us for pricing.
7. Do you offer any non-branded promotional items?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of promotional items - water bottles, towels, t-shirts, hoodies, table cloths, logo tents etc. Please contact us for pricing.
